PS3 Slim: Most Refined Console to Date

A recent survey from the BBC has shown that 8 out of 10 PS3 Slim owners are very happy with their new console, while this dips slightly at 7 out of 10 Wii owners and just 5 out of 10 XBox users were 'happy' with their console. Furthermore, people who purchased the PS3 Slim in late 2009 have been satisfied with how updates for their console have been provided to them over the internet and people who go out and buy a PS3 Slim will find latest software updates on their console pre-installed. Sony have gone on record as stating, "These updates are quite normal for a new console - we keep refining the console, even when consumers finally get it home - this is one of the most important things in keeping PS3 Slim console owners happy. We're not just here to sell and ditch you". So, it looks like any further console developments from Nintendo or Microsoft have a long way to go if they want to catch up with Sony PS3 Slim customer satisfaction.
